BESPOKE SUBLIMATION APRONS
Our all-over printed aprons are made to order in the UK from Bretta textiles, which follow a environmentally friendly manufacturing process ensuring the fabric has skin-friendly properties, guaranteeing the absence of harmful substances, zero harmful chemicals, 30% recycled materials used and 50% less virgin polymers are used, therefore our sublimation printed polyester aprons are completely safe for kids to wear.
QUALITY CONTROL
Each apron is thoroughly tested to ensure the products last for many years. Durability, washability, plus wear & tear fabric tests are also carried out to provide confidence in our clothing range.
ECO-FRIENDLY DYE SUBLIMATION PRINTING PROCESS
Designs are first printed onto transfer paper, then heat is applied to bond the water based inked paper to the fabric merging them permanently together. The inks actually turn into gas when combined with heat, firmly bonding with the fabric to achieve a permanent apron print. This special technique prevents any ink colour run, and will not peel or crack when machine washed.
VIBRANT PRINTED COLOURS & DESIGN
Sublimation Tees are printed using the latest Epson ink ensuring low environmental impact. This current form of all-over printing provides a rich, vibrant, colour reproduction method for our top quality graphics, and also results in a durable, long lasting printed surface, that won’t fade or scuff like other printing methods. At the present time sublimation printing is not available or practical to use on organic materials.
Please note – The colours on all images may vary depending on your computer screen resolution & monitor settings. Whilst we have tried our best to give an accurate representation of how each product looks, some colours may appear lighter or darker once printed onto different fabrics. Image orientation and the way an actual product looks may vary slightly to the photo mockups displayed. Certain textures could also be more apparent on some products, such as all-over (sublimation) print T-shirts and aprons. This phenomenon is inevitable and all part of the artists painterly style, since most of the original artworks were actually painted on canvas.
